All services are provided by Dr Vicki. DermaSecrets is registered with, and regulated by, Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) and offers appointments in our exclusive clinic.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
All appointments MUST be booked online via OVATU. Clicking on the ‘book now’ button will take you to our online booking system, where you can see appointments that are available and book your appointment.
CAN I CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT?
Appointments can be changed if you give at least 48 hours notice. This can be done via the OVATU booking system. Simply log in and you will have the option to change your appointment date and time. Please note review appointments must take place within 3 weeks of your original treatment.
CAN I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
Yes, you can. 48 hours notice is required however or you will lose your deposit. If you wish to book in again, then a new deposit will be required.
WHO WILL BE ADMINISTERING MY TREATMENT?
All treatments are conducted by Dr Vicki, who has been practicing aesthetic medicine for almost 8 years.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we are insured by Hamilton Fraser Cosmetic Insurance.
IS YOUR CLINIC REGULATED?
Yes, we are registered and inspected by Healthcare Improvement Scotland. Evidence of registration can be found here.
DO YOU OFFER HOME TREATMENTS?
Yes, we can offer certain treatments at home. Please email us for prices and availability.
HOW DO I PROVIDE YOU WITH FEEDBACK?
Here at DermaSecrets we are always looking or feedback to improve our service. After your treatment you will be sent an email asking to review the service your received. You can also give verbal feedback, email us, or leave us a message via our social medial accounts.
HOW CAN I MAKE A COMPLAINT?
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment then in the first instance please contact Dr Vicki, Medical Director. If you are unsatisfied with the response you receive, then you can contact Healthcare Improvement Scotland. A copy of our complaints policy is available on request.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept a variety of payment methods. Credit/debit card or bank transfer. We also offer a pre-payment scheme. If you would like further details of this then please contact us.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?
Your welcome to bring someone along with you. Occassionaly we may ask that your friend wait outside the treatment room when you are having your treatment done however. This is just to make sure there are no distractions whilst we are doing your treatment. Please note no children or animals are allowed in the treatment room. Due to the current pandemic we are unfortunately unable to allow anyone to come with you to your appointment.
